Terms of Service

Effective 2026. By using Livery Engine you agree to these terms.

Ownership

Livery Engine, its software, its editor, its car scan data and kits, and all related assets are the proprietary property of Livery Engine and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

Prohibited use

You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or bulk-download any part of the service, its code, or its car scan data, nor use automated means to access it beyond normal interactive use. Access is granted for your own livery design only.

Your designs

Liveries you create remain yours. Exporting a finished livery to the game requires an active Pro plan or a single-livery unlock.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and pursue all available remedies for infringement of our intellectual property.
